Overview
The ozone detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The ozone detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The detector is based on MCU chip and intelligent Sensor technology to achieve accurate measurement of gas concentration and signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface;
4. Start the detector and observe the LCDTFT display to confirm the working status.
5. Connect Output signals to PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems or linkage equipment as needed;
6. Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Sensor life and detection accuracy.
Notice
• Working ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10-95% RH (no condensation);
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment;
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth;
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof, and the installation must meet the explosion-proof requirements;
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapter, computer monitoring accessories, etc., need to be selected according to actual needs;
Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, which need to be properly configured to ensure safety.
