Principle
The nitrogen dioxide detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects the gas through the diffusion Sampling method. When the nitrogen dioxide gas diffuses to the Sensor, the signal changes under the action of catalytic combustion, which is processed by the MCU chip and converted into accurate concentration data, and transmitted to the receiving device through various signal output methods.

Steps
1. Install the detector in a suitable position to ensure that the Sampling method is diffusion type;
2. Power Supply DC24V (12V~ 30V);
3. Select the Output signal type (4-20mA, RS485, switch, etc.) as needed and connect to the receiving device;
4. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other parameters through the remote control without opening the lid;
5. Start the detector and observe the LCDTFT display to confirm the working status.
6. Perform corresponding processing according to sound and light alarm instructions or remote alarm prompts.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃;
• Environmental humidity should be controlled at 10-95% RH (no condensation);
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment;
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
• Explosion-proof form Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof;
• Electrical interface default M20X1.5 internal thread, optional 3/4NPT, 1/2NPT;
• Measurement certificate is optional, the user pays the fee;
• Optional Accessories include 220V to 24V Power Adapter, computer monitoring accessories, etc.
