The sulfur dioxide detector is a GY/VGD-200-SO2-G (0-20ppm) model gas concentration detector produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low power consumption Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall explosion-proof (d) structure, fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, supports customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The sulfur dioxide detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The Sensor converts the detected signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the MCU chip and outputs 4-20mA, RS485, switching signal and other signals to realize the accurate measurement of gas concentration and alarm function.

Steps
1. Install the tester to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (range 12V~ 30V).
3. Set the alarm value, zero, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface.
4. Start detection and monitor the gas concentration data on the LCDTFT display.
5. Output signal to PLC, DCS, DDC or wireless transmission device as needed.
6. Regularly check the life of the Sensor, usually 2 to 3 years for replacement.
Notice
• Working ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (no condensation), avoid using beyond the range.
• Use a three-core Shielding cable to connect a 4-20mA signal, and RS485 uses a four-core cable. When the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, a single wire diameter must be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer must be grounded.
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, ensuring that the installation in dangerous places meets the explosion-proof requirements.
• Alarm setting supports two-level alarm, and can customize regular high and low alarm or interval control Alarm mode.
• Sensor life is affected by the Operating Environment and regular maintenance and replacement is recommended.
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapter, wireless module, etc. need to be configured according to actual needs, and pay attention to the relevant costs.
• Output signal selection, voltage output and current output can only choose one to avoid conflict.
