Principle
The sulfur dioxide detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas through diffusion Sampling method. The detector is based on MCU chip and intelligent Sensor technology, which converts gas concentration into electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other parameters through the remote control without opening the lid;
4. Select Output signal type (such as 4-20mA, RS485, switch, etc.) and connect to the receiving device;
5. Start the detector and monitor the gas concentration data;
6. Perform maintenance and Sensor replacement as required (Sensor lifespan 2 to 3 years).
Notice
• Working ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10-95% RH (no condensation);
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof to ensure safe use in dangerous places;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, with standard two-level alarms;
• Optional wireless transmission, built-in LORA, Zigbee module or external GPRS/4G module;
