Ethylene oxide detector is a GY/VGD-200-ETO-G (0-10ppm) model gas concentration detector produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low power consumption Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCD TFT high definition liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The ethylene oxide detector adopts the diffusion Sampling method and electrochemistry detection principle, and detects the ethylene oxide gas concentration in the environment in real time through the intelligent Sensor, and converts the data into electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. The detector starts to work and displays the gas concentration in real time
5. Access to PLC, DCS and other Control systems or remote monitoring platforms as needed

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, need to ensure stable power supply

Sensor Lifespan of 2-3 Years, Depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be grounded
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation and maintenance must meet the explosion-proof requirements
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms
