Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interfaces and cables are connected correctly.
2. Power Supply (DC24V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through remote control or interface;
4. Start the detector and monitor the gas concentration;
5. Connect external devices such as PLCs or alarm systems as required.
Notice
- Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of -20~ 50 ℃;
- Environmental humidity at 10-95% RH to avoid condensation;
- Use the Shielding cable and ensure that the Shielding layer is grounded, and the wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm when the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters.
- Regularly check the life of the Sensor, usually 2 to 3 years, according to the Operating Environment;
- Strict compliance with explosion protection requirements when installed in explosive environments;
- Avoid Operating in Extreme Humidity or Temperature Conditions;
When using the wireless transmission module, ensure that the signal is stable and compliant with local regulations.
