Hydrogen chloride detector (model GY/VGD-200-HCL-G (0-10ppm)) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Principle
The hydrogen chloride detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. When the gas diffuses to the Sensor, the catalytic combustion reaction generates a signal, which is processed by the MCU chip and converted into a standard Output signal.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply (DC24V, range 12V~ 30V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface;
4. Start the detector and monitor the gas concentration;
5. Connect Output signal (such as 4-20mA, RS485, switch) to the receiving device as needed;
6. Regularly maintain and calibrate Sensors.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (no condensation);
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment;
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth;
• Explosion-proof form Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof;
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapter, computer monitoring accessories, the user pays the cost;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms;
• Wireless transmission is optional, pay attention to the module type and transmission distance.
