Principle
The phosgene detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects the gas concentration by the diffusion Sampling method. When the gas diffuses to the Sensor, the catalytic combustion reaction generates a signal, which is processed by the MCU chip and converted into accurate data output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Operating voltage DC24V (12V~ 30V);
3. Carry out function menu operations such as alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating, reset, and modification of address code through remote control without opening the lid;
4. Connect Output signal (such as 4-20mA, RS485, switch) to the receiving device as needed;
5. Monitor LCDTFT display data and set Alarm mode (regular high and low alarm, interval control alarm);
6. Regularly maintain and calibrate Sensors to ensure detection accuracy.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃;
• Environmental humidity of 10-95% RH to avoid condensation;
• Sensor life is 2~ 3 years, and it is replaced regularly according to the Operating Environment;
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof to ensure safe use in dangerous places;
• Alarm settings support two-level alarm, Alarm mode can be adjusted according to needs;
• When selecting Accessories such as Power Adapter or Wireless Module, confirm compatibility;
• Regularly check electrical interfaces and cable connections to prevent loosening or damage.
