GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-CH3Br-G (0-50g/m3) Methyl Bromide Detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions to facilitate system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection, and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The detected signal is processed by the MCU chip, and various signals such as 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching quantity are output.

Steps
1. Carry out function menu operations such as alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, and address code modification of the detector through remote control without opening the lid;
2. Connection cable: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
3. Wireless transmission: built-in LORA, Zigbeg module for short-range wireless transmission, or external GPRS/4G module for remote data transmission to the cloud platform;
4. Output signal selection: 4-20mA signal, RS485 signal, voltage signal, switching signal or wireless signal;
5. Alarm settings: Standard configuration of two-level alarm, can be set to conventional high and low alarm or interval control alarm.

• Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V), please ensure that the Power Adapter matches;
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing);
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment;
• Explosion-proof form Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof;
• When the connection cable distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire needs to be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth;
• Optional Accessories such as 220V to 24V Power Adapter need to be paid by the user;
• Measurement certificate is optional, the user pays the fee;
