Overview
Fluorine detector GY/VGD-200-F2-G (0-20ppm) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects fluorine gas (F2) by diffusion Sampling method. Sensor converts gas concentration signal into electrical signal, and outputs standard signal after processing by MCU chip.

Steps
1. Install the detector to the designated location
2. Connect power cord and Operating voltage DC24V
3. Connect the signal output line to the receiving device
4. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control
5. Start the detector for gas concentration monitoring
6. Perform data reading and alarm processing as required

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, please ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core
• When the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof
• Electrical interface default M20X1.5 internal thread, optional 3/4NPT, 1/2NPT
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms
