GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-GeH4-G (0-1.000 ppm) germane detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, intelligent Sensor detection technology, integral flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method gas concentration detector. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning function, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The intelligent Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the MCU chip and outputs 4-20mA, RS485, switching signal and other signals to realize gas concentration monitoring and alarm functions.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCDTFT display
5. Connect PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems or linkage equipment as needed
6. Regular maintenance and calibrating operations
Notice
• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, need to ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
• Sensors have a lifespan of 2 to 3 years and need to be replaced regularly according to the Operating Environment
• Shielding cable is required for connecting cables. When the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be grounded.
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation and maintenance must meet the explosion-proof requirements
• Wireless transmission module is optional and needs to be configured according to actual needs
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, and the alarm value needs to be set reasonably
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapters and Monitoring Accessories need to be configured on demand
