GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-N2H4-G (0-100ppm) hydrazine detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method gas concentration detector. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection (optional PID), and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. Sensor converts the detected gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and outputs a standard signal after processing by the MCU chip.

Steps
1. Install the detector and connect the cable
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCDTFT display
5. Connect PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems or linkage equipment as needed
6. Regular maintenance and calibrating

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, please ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, and four-core for RS485. When the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are explosion-proof type, please install according to explosion-proof requirements
• Optional Measurement Certificate, user pays
• Regularly check whether the alarm function is normal
• Avoid use beyond the specified environment conditions
