Overview
The triethylamine detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, and provides customized products according to user requests. Outsignal put fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
Gas detection using catalytic combustion principle (optional PID), through the diffusion Sampling method, the gas concentration into electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Set the alarm value of the detector by remote control without opening the lid;
2. Carry out the zeroing operation;
3. Carry out calibrating operation;
4. Perform the reset operation;
5. Modify the address code;
6. Output signal to the receiving device (such as computer, PLC, DCS, etc.);
7. Set Alarm mode and linkage control as needed.

• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
