Principle
The aniline detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection (optional PID), and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method to achieve accurate measurement.

Steps
1. Carry out function menu operations such as alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, and address code modification of the detector through remote control without opening the lid;
2. Connection cable: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
3. Optional wireless transmission: built-in LORA, Zigbee module for short-range wireless transmission, or external GPRS/4G module for remote data transmission to the cloud platform;
4. Set Alarm mode: Standard configuration two-level alarm, can set conventional high and low alarm or interval control alarm;
5. Installation of electrical interface: default M20X1.5 internal thread, optional 3/4NPT, 1/2NPT.

• Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V), please ensure that the Power Adapter matches;
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing);
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment;
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are explosion-proof, and the installation must meet the explosion-proof requirements;
When the connection cable distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire must be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer must be connected to the earth.
