Principle
The phenol detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects C6H6O gas by diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, and processes and outputs the standard signal through the MCU chip.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. The detector starts to work and displays the gas concentration in real time
5. When the concentration exceeds the set value, the sound and light alarm is triggered
6. Linkage control equipment can be output through the switch

• Operating voltage range DC12V~ 30V, DC24V is recommended
• Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
• Sensor life 2~ 3 years, depending on Operating Environment
• Cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding must be grounded
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation must meet the explosion-proof requirements
