Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The detected signal is processed by the MCU chip, and the output is 4~ 20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal, so as to realize the accurate measurement of gas concentration and alarm function.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Power Supply (DC24V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface;
4. The detector starts to work and displays the gas concentration in real time;
5. When the concentration exceeds the set threshold, the sound and light alarm is triggered;
6. Data can be monitored or alarm devices can be controlled through a remote system.
Notice
• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V to ensure stable power supply;
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing);
Sensors have a lifespan of 2 to 3 years and require regular calibration and maintenance.
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation must meet the explosion-proof requirements;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, which need to be reasonably configured;
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapters or wireless modules need to be selected according to actual needs.
