Overview

The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, and provides customized products according to user requests. Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The Sensor converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, and the MCU chip processes and outputs the standard signal.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Power Supply (DC24V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or display screen;
4. The detector starts to work and displays the gas concentration in real time;
5. Connect Output signals to PLC, DCS and other Control systems as needed;
6. Regularly maintain and calibrate Sensors.
Notice
• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V to ensure stable power supply;
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing);
• Sensor life is 2~ 3 years, and it is replaced regularly according to the Operating Environment;
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof and need to be installed correctly in dangerous places;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, configured according to actual needs;
• When selecting a wireless transmission module, ensure that the signal coverage and cloud platform connection are normal.
