GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-HN3-G (0-10ppm) azide detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method gas concentration detector. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and the azide gas is detected by the diffusion Sampling method, and the gas concentration is converted into electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector and connect the cable
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCDTFT display
5. Take appropriate measures according to the alarm prompt
6. Regularly maintain and calibrate Sensors

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, need to ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
• Sensors have a lifespan of 2 to 3 years and need to be replaced regularly according to the Operating Environment
• The connecting cable needs to be selected with suitable specifications, and the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm when the distance exceeds 1000 meters.
• Shielding layer needs to be connected to earth to ensure signal stability
