Principle
The detection principle is catalytic combustion, and the Sampling method is diffusion type. The gas concentration is detected by the intelligent Sensor and the data is converted into electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface;
4. Start detection and monitor gas concentration;
5. Output signal access to PLC, DCS, DDC and other systems or linkage control equipment;
6. Regularly maintain and calibrate Sensors to ensure detection accuracy.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (no condensation);
• Sensors have a lifespan of 2 to 3 years and need to be replaced regularly according to the Operating Environment;
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth;
• Wireless transmission can be equipped with built-in or external modules, and remote data transmission requires a cloud platform;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, with standard two-level alarms;
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof to ensure safe use in dangerous environments;
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapters and computer monitoring accessories need to be configured according to requirements.
