GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-MA-G (0-10ppm) methyl acrylate detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, integral explosion-proof (d) structure, fixed Installation method gas concentration detector. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects methyl acrylate gas by diffusion Sampling method. The detected gas concentration data is accurately processed and converted by the MCU chip, and a stable detection signal is output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. The detector starts to work and displays the gas concentration in real time
5. When the concentration exceeds the standard, the detector automatically triggers the sound and light alarm
6. Control equipment such as fans and solenoid valves can be linked by switching volume

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, please ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core cable
• When the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire should be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
Explosion-proof level is Ex db IIC T6 Gb, please install and use as required in dangerous places
• Regular calibrating and maintenance to ensure detection accuracy
