Overview
Dimethyl disulfide detector (model GY/VGD-200-C2H6S2-G) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method to achieve High Accuracy and Fast Response.

Steps
1. Install the tester to ensure that the electrical interfaces and cables are connected correctly.
2. Set the alarm value, zero, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface.
3. Connect Output signal (such as 4-20mA, RS485, switch) to PLC, DCS, DDC or control device.
4. Start the detector, monitor gas concentration, and handle alarm events.
Notice
• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, DC24V is recommended.
• Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing).
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment.
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be grounded.
• Explosion-proof form Probe Transmitters and Sensors are flameproof to ensure safe use in hazardous environments.
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapter and computer monitoring accessories are available at the user's own expense.
