GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-C2H6O-G (0-10ppm) dimethyl ether detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method of gas concentration detector. Standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects dimethyl ether gas by diffusion Sampling method. When the gas diffuses to the Sensor, the Sensor generates corresponding electrical signals, which are processed by the MCU chip and converted into concentration data, and transmitted to the receiving device through various signal output methods.

Steps
1. Install the detector and connect the cable
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control
4. Select Output signal type (4-20mA, RS485, switch, etc.)
5. Connect receiving devices (computers, control alarms, PLCs, DCS, DDC, etc.)
6. Start the detector and start working

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, DC24V is recommended

Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• When the connection cable distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire needs to be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
