Overview
The dichlorosilane detector is a GY/VGD-200-SiH2Cl2-G (0-10ppm) model gas concentration detector produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low power consumption Modular design and has intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall explosion-proof structure and fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal and switching signal output. Support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning function, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects the concentration of SiH2Cl2 gas through the diffusion Sampling method. The Sensor converts the detected gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and can output 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switch signal after processing by the MCU chip to achieve accurate detection of gas concentration and data transmission.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. The detector starts to work and displays the gas concentration in real time
5. Connect PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems or remote monitoring platforms as required

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, DC24V is recommended

Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core cable
• When the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire should be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof
