Overview
Silicon tetrafluoride detector is a GY/VGD-200-SiF4-G (0-10ppm) model gas concentration detector produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low power consumption Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCD TFT high definition liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning function, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The silicon tetrafluoride detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the collected gas concentration signal into 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal output through MCU chip processing, and realizes the accurate monitoring and alarm function of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCD TFT display
5. Connect Output signals to PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems as needed
6. Regular maintenance and calibrating operations

• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding needs to be connected to the earth
