Overview

The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, and provides customized products according to user requests. Steps
1. Install the tester to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (range 12V~ 30V).
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate and other parameters through remote control or interface.
4. Start detection and monitor gas concentration data.
5. Connect to PLC, DCS and other systems or linkage control equipment as required.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (no condensation).
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment.
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth.
• Wireless transmission is optional, and remote data transmission requires an external GPRS/4G module.
Alarm settings support regular high and low alarms or interval control alarms.
• Electrical interface default M20X1.5 internal thread, optional 3/4NPT or 1/2NPT.
