Overview
The acetylene detector is a GY/VGD-200-C2H2-G (0-10ppm) model product produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low-power Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, supports customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The acetylene detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The Sensor is based on the catalytic combustion effect. When the acetylene gas contacts the Sensor, it reacts and produces electrical signal changes, which are processed by the MCU chip and converted into concentration data output.

Steps
1. Install the detector and select the appropriate position to fix it.
2. Operating voltage DC24V (12V~ 30V)
3. Connect Output signal cable as required: 3-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, 4-core cable for RS485
4. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other functions through the remote control without opening the lid
5. Start the detector and observe the LCDTFT display to confirm the working status
6. Connect external devices such as PLCs, DCS, alarms, etc. as required
7. Regularly calibrate and maintain to ensure Sensor performance
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
• Sensor life 2~ 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment, need to be replaced regularly
• When the connection cable distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter must be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer must be grounded
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are explosion-proof, which need to be installed strictly according to the explosion-proof requirements
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapter, Conversion Cable, etc. Measurement certificate fee is paid by the user
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, which need to be reasonably configured
• Wireless transmission module is optional, remote data transmission requires external GPRS/4G module
