Overview
The acetylene detector (infrared) is a low-power Modular design with MCU chip and intelligent Sensor detection technology. It adopts an overall flameproof (d) structure, and the standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output. It supports customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts infrared NDIR detection principle and detects acetylene gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The detected gas concentration data is processed by MCU chip and converted into 4~ 20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector in the detection area
2. Connect power cord and Operating voltage DC24V
3. Connect the signal output line to the receiving device
4. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control
5. Start the detector and start working
6. Monitor display data and alarm status
