Overview
Acrylonitrile detector is a GY/VGD-200-C3H3N-G (0-20ppm) model gas concentration detector produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low power consumption Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, supports customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The acrylonitrile detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and outputs 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal through MCU chip processing, so as to realize accurate monitoring and alarm of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the tester to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (range 12V~ 30V).
3. Set the alarm value, zero, calibrate, reset and modify the address code through the remote control or Operating interface.
4. Start the detector, monitor the gas concentration display and alarm status.
5. Output signal to PLC, DCS, DDC or control device as needed.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (no condensation).
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment.
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be grounded.
• Wireless transmission can be equipped with built-in or external modules, and remote data transmission requires optional GPRS/4G modules.
Alarm settings support regular high and low alarms and interval control alarms.
• Explosion-proof form Probe Transmitters and Sensors are flameproof to ensure safe use in hazardous environments.
• Optional Accessories include Power Adapter and computer monitoring accessories at the user's own expense.
