Principle
The ethanol detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects the concentration of C2H6O gas in the environment by diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the detected gas concentration signal into standard signal output through MCU chip processing.

Steps
1. Install the detector to the designated location
2. Connect the power cord and work cable
3. Set the alarm value through the remote control
4. Zero and calibrate operations
5. Output signal parameters
6. Start the detector and start working
7. Monitor detection data through display screens or remote devices
Notice
• Ensure that the electrical interface is well sealed during installation
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be controlled at 10-95% RH (no condensation)
• When the cable transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter must be ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding must be connected to the earth
Sensors have a lifespan of 2 to 3 years and need to be replaced regularly
