GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-CH4O-G (0-6% Vol) methanol detector (infrared) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The methanol detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection and detects gas by diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the detected gas concentration signal into 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switch signal output through MCU chip processing, so as to realize accurate measurement of gas concentration and remote transmission.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. The detector starts to work and displays the gas concentration in real time
5. Connect PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems or remote monitoring platforms as needed
6. Regular maintenance and calibrating

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, please ensure that the supply voltage is within this range
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding must be connected to earth to ensure safety
• Sensor Life Approximately 10 Years, Depending on Operating Environment
