Trichloroethylene detector is a GY/VGD-200-C2HCL3-G (0-50ppm) model gas concentration detector produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low power consumption Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The trichloroethylene detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. Sensor converts gas concentration into electrical signal, processed by MCU chip, and outputs 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital or switching signal to realize gas concentration monitoring and alarm function.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Start the detector and monitor the gas concentration display
5. Connect PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems or linkage equipment as needed
6. Regular maintenance and calibrating
Notice
• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V to ensure stable power supply
• Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
• Sensor life 2~ 3 years, need to be replaced regularly according to the Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation must meet the explosion-proof requirements
• Wireless transmission is optional, remote data transmission requires an external module
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms
