Principle
The 4-sided wet-film film applicator precisely controls the thickness of the wet-film or Dry-Film by scraping the coating on the substrate through its 4-sided design of different thicknesses. In routine quality control and R & D tests, it is used to evaluate the hiding power, opacity, scruf resistance, sag resistance performance of the coating to ensure good conformity and Repeatability of the coating.

Steps
Select the desired film thickness surface (5μm, 10μm, 15μm or 20μm)
2. Place the film applicator on the substrate or automatic film machine
3. Scrape operation manually or by machine
