Overview
Chloromethane detector (infrared) is a GY/VGD-200-CH3CL-G (0-8% Vol) model gas concentration detector produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low-power Modular design and has intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure and fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The Sensor converts the detected gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the MCU chip, and outputs standard signals such as 4-20mA, RS485 or switching quantity to achieve accurate monitoring and alarm of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the tester to ensure that the electrical interface is properly connected to the cable
2. Power Supply DC24V
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or local interface
4. Start the detector and monitor the gas concentration data on the LCDTFT display
5. Connect Output signals to PLC, DCS and other Control systems or remote platforms as needed

* Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V to ensure stable power supply
* Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
* Use three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA output, RS485 uses four-core cable, when the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be grounded
