GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-CH2CL2-G (0-50ppm) dichloromethane detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration through diffusion Sampling method. Intelligent Sensor technology combined with MCU chip processing realizes accurate data conversion and stable signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Select Output signal type (4-20mA, RS485, switch, etc.)
5. Connect receiving devices (computers, control alarms, PLCs, DCS, DDC, etc.)
6. Start the detector and observe the LCDTFT display reading
7. Set Alarm mode and linkage control device as needed

Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding must be connected to the earth
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof type, please install and use it in strict accordance with the explosion-proof requirements
• Regular calibrating and maintenance to ensure detection accuracy
• Wireless transmission function is optional, and corresponding modules need to be configured according to actual needs
