Overview
GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-N2O-G (0-10ppm) laughing gas detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip and a fixed gas concentration detector with intelligent Sensor detection technology. It adopts an overall flameproof (d) structure, standard LCD TFT high definition liquid crystal display, supports three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, and can provide customized products according to user requests. Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects N2O gas by diffusion Sampling method. When the gas diffuses to the Sensor, the Sensor generates corresponding electrical signals, which are processed by the MCU chip and converted into concentration data, which are displayed through the LCD display screen, and output corresponding analog, digital or switching signals at the same time.

Steps
1. Install the detector in the right location
2. Connect power cord (DC24V) and signal output line
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control
4. Start the detector and start working
5. Monitor gas concentration via LCD display or remote device
6. When the concentration exceeds the standard, the detector automatically triggers the sound and light alarm

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, DC24V is recommended
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core cable
• When the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire should be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
