Principle
The hydrogen peroxide detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, detects gas concentration through diffusion Sampling method, and uses MCU chip for data processing and signal output to realize intelligent Gas detection function.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply;
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface;
4. The detector starts to work and monitors the hydrogen peroxide concentration in real time;
5. When the concentration exceeds the set value, the sound and light alarm is triggered;
6. The linkage control device can be output through the switch.
7. Transmit data to the monitoring system through 4-20mA, RS485 or wireless signals.
Notice
• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements;
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing);
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment;
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth;
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are explosion-proof type, please install in strict accordance with explosion-proof requirements;
• Optional Accessories include 220V to 24V Power Adapter, computer monitoring accessories, etc.;
• Measurement certificate is optional, the user pays the fee.
