Styrene detector (model GY/VGD-200-C8H8-G (0-10ppm)) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method of gas concentration detector. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The styrene detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the collected gas concentration signal into 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switch signal output through MCU chip for data processing, so as to realize the accurate monitoring and alarm function of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Connect Output signals to PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems as needed
5. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCDTFT display
6. Take appropriate safety measures according to the alarm prompts

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, please ensure that the power supply voltage is within the allowable range
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are explosion-proof type, please install and use in strict accordance with explosion-proof requirements
