Overview
The tetrahydrofuran detector is a GY/VGD-200-THF-G (0-100ppm) model gas concentration detector produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low-power Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure and fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal and switching signal output. Support customized products and signal fine-tuning functions, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects the concentration of tetrahydrofuran gas by diffusion Sampling method. Sensor converts the gas concentration into electrical signal, and outputs the standard signal through MCU chip processing.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCDTFT display
5. Connect Output signal to Control system or alarm device as needed

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, need to ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor Life Approximately 2-3 Years, Depending on Operating Environment
• The connecting cable needs to be selected with suitable specifications. When the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is grounded.
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation must meet the explosion-proof requirements
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapter, conversion cable, etc., need to be configured on demand
