GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-DMF-G (0-50ppm) Dimethylmethylmethylmethylamide detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, integral flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method gas concentration detector. Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection, and detects DMF gas by diffusion Sampling method. The detection range is 0~ 50ppm (optional 100ppm, 200ppm, 1000ppm, 2000ppm, 5000ppm). High Accuracy and Fast Response Characteristics.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCDTFT display
5. Connect PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems or remote monitoring platforms as needed

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, need to ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding must be connected to the earth
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms
