Overview
TVOC detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Outsignal put fine-tuning and other functions to facilitate system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The TVOC detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the MCU chip, and outputs 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal to achieve accurate measurement of gas concentration and remote transmission.

Steps
1. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other functions through the remote control free opening lid;
2. Connection cable: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
3. Wireless transmission can choose built-in LORA, Zigbee module or external GPRS/4G module;
4. Install the detector to ensure that the Operating voltage DC24V (12V~ 30V), Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (no condensation);
5. Start the detector, monitor the data through the LCDTFT LCD screen, and set the Alarm mode (conventional high and low alarm or interval control alarm);
6. Connect receiving devices such as computers, control alarms, PLCs, DCS, DDC, etc., to realize data collection and alarm control.
