Overview
TVOC detector (PID) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The TVOC detector adopts the principle of PID photoion detection, and detects the TVOC gas through the diffusion Sampling method, and converts the gas concentration into electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply;
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface;
4. The detector starts to work and displays the gas concentration in real time;
5. When the concentration exceeds the set value, the sound and light alarm is triggered;
6. One-click muffling through infrared remote control;
7. Regularly calibrate and maintain to ensure detection accuracy.
Notice
• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements;
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing);
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
• Sensor life is 2~ 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment, need to be replaced regularly;
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation and use must meet the explosion-proof requirements;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, please configure according to actual needs;
• Optional Accessories such as Power Adapter and Wireless Module need to be purchased separately;
• Measurement certificate is optional, the user pays the fee.
