Overview
GUOYUGRA toluene detector (model GY/VGD-200-C7H8-G (0-10ppm)) is a low-power Modular design with MCU chip, intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method gas concentration detector. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects the concentration of toluene (C7H8) gas by diffusion Sampling method. The Sensor converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, which is processed by the MCU chip, and outputs 4-20mA, RS485, switching signal and other signals to achieve accurate monitoring and alarm of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the tester to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply (DC24V, range 12V~ 30V).
3. Set the alarm value, zero, calibrate, reset and modify the address code through the remote control or Operating interface.
4. Start the detector and monitor the gas concentration data on the LCDTFT display.
5. Output signal to PLC, DCS, DDC or wireless device as needed.
6. Test the alarm function to ensure that the sound and light alarms and remote alarms are normal.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (no condensation).
• Sensor life is 2 to 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment.
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be grounded.
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof to ensure safe use in dangerous places.
• Optional Accessories include 220V to 24V Power Adapter, computer monitoring accessories, etc., at the user's own expense.
• Output signal includes 4-20mA, RS485, voltage signal, switching signal and wireless signal, pay attention to compatibility when selecting.
