Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection, and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The detected signal is processed by the MCU chip, and various signals such as 4-20mA, RS485, and switching quantity are output to achieve accurate monitoring and alarm of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other functions through the remote control free opening lid;
4. Connect Output signal (such as 4-20mA, RS485, switch) to the receiving device as needed;
5. Start the detector, monitor the gas concentration, and if there is an alarm, it can be handled by sound and light alarm or remote mode.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (no condensation);
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
• Wireless transmission can choose built-in LORA, Zigbee module or external GPRS/4G module;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms;
• Sensor life is about 10 years, depending on the Operating Environment;
