Overview
Double-sided Coil Automatic Film Applicator (Model: Rgd-01/500TS) is a device for double-top coating of coils. The machine adopts aluminum alloy and stainless steel plate body, is equipped with double roller painting film, drying, deviation correction and winding functions, and can achieve a Spreader Film thickness of 0.001-2mm. Spreader accuracy is +/- 5%, and the coating speed is adjustable in the range of 0~ 20m/min.

Principle
The equipment is unrolled through the discharge rack, and the substrate is preader through the double roller painting film mechanism. The film thickness of the Spreader can be precisely controlled by the film thickness adjustment dial table (digital thousands head). The substrate after the Spreader is transferred to the drying channel through the stainless steel transmission platform for drying, and then adjusted by the deviation correction device. Finally, it is pulled by the traction roller group and the winding mechanism completes the winding.

Steps
1. Place the substrate on the discharge rack.
2. Adjust the glue width adjustment device according to needs.
3. Set the required Spreader Film thickness through the Film thickness adjustment dial.
4. Manually pull the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller.
5. Tighten the handwheel on the rack so that the rubber ring of the upper roller of the traction roller comes into contact with the lower roller.
6. Start the equipment, and the traction roller group pulls the substrate through the Spreader, Drying, and Correction processes.
7. After the Spreader is completed, the rewinding mechanism will rewind the volume.
