Overview
N-Hexane Detector (IR) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection, detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method, and processes the detection data through the MCU chip to output the standard signal.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V);
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface;
4. Start the detection and observe the real-time data of the LCDTFT display.
5. Connect Output signals to PLC, DCS, DDC and other systems or linkage control equipment as needed;
6. Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Sensor life and detection accuracy.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃;
• Environmental humidity of 10-95% RH to avoid condensation;
• When connecting the cable, choose three-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, four-core for RS485, and when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire is ≥ 1.5mm. Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth;
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation must meet the explosion-proof requirements;
Sensor life is about 10 years, but the actual life depends on the Operating Environment.
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, which need to be configured according to actual needs;
• When selecting Accessories such as Power Adapter or Wireless Module, confirm compatibility;
• Regularly check the output signal stability to avoid error accumulation.
