Overview

The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning is also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method.

Steps
1. Carry out function menu operations such as alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, and address code modification of the detector through remote control without opening the lid;
2. Optional Accessories such as 220V to 24V Power Adapter for installation;
3. Connection cable: For 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
4. Wireless transmission: Built-in LORA, Zigbee module for short-range wireless transmission, or external GPRS/4G module for remote data transmission to the cloud platform.
Notice
• Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V), make sure the Power Adapter matches;
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (no condensation), avoid using beyond the range;
• Sensor life is 10 years, but depending on the environment used, it needs to be checked regularly;
• The explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are explosion-proof, and the installation must meet the explosion-proof requirements;
• When the connection cable distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer must be connected to the earth;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms, which need to be configured according to actual needs;
• Optional Accessories such as Measurement Card fee paid by the user, need to confirm in advance;
• Output signal voltage output and current output choose one to avoid simultaneous use.
