GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-R125-G (0-1000ppm) refrigerant, refrigerant detector (infrared) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection, detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method, processes the detected signal through MCU chip, outputs 4-20mA, RS485, switching signal and other signals, realizes accurate measurement and remote monitoring of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly; 2. Connect the DC24V Power Supply; 3. Set the alarm value, zero, calibrate and other parameters through the remote control or local interface; 4. Start the detection and observe the reading of the LCDTFT display screen; 5. Connect the Output signal to the PLC, DCS and other systems or linkage control equipment as needed; 6. Monitor the alarm status and use the infrared remote control to muffle the sound with one button.

* Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V to ensure stable power supply; * Ambient Temperature is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (non-condensing); * Use three-core Shielding cable to connect 4~ 20mA signal, RS485 uses four-core cable, transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, Shielding layer needs to be grounded; * Explosion-proof form is explosion-proof type, installation and maintenance need to comply with explosion-proof requirements; * Sensor life is about 10 years, the actual life depends on the Operating Environment; * Measurement certificate can be optional, and the user pays for it; * Wireless transmission module is optional and needs to be customized according to needs.
