Overview

The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning is also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connection cable: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
3. Optional wireless transmission: built-in LORA, Zigbee module or external GPRS/4G module;
4. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset and modify the address code through the remote control free opening lid;
5. Start the detector to monitor the gas concentration;
6. Handle alarm events according to alarm settings;
7. Regularly maintain and calibrate Sensors.

• Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V) to ensure stable power supply;
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing);
• Sensor life is about 10 years, depending on the Operating Environment;
• Explosion-proof form Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof;
• When connecting the cable, the distance exceeding 1000 meters requires a single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer must be connected to the earth;
• Alarm settings support conventional high and low alarms and interval control alarms;
