Overview
GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-OH-G (0-5PPM) odor detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method of gas concentration detector. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The odor detector adopts the principle of electrochemistry detection and detects the odor concentration by the diffusion Sampling method. The gas concentration signal collected by the detector is processed by the MCU chip and converted into a standard 4~ 20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector in the right location
2. Connect power cord and signal output line
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control
4. Start the detector for gas concentration monitoring
5. View the inspection data through the LCD display or remote system

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, DC24V is recommended

Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core cable
• When the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire needs to be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
Explosion-proof level is Ex db IIC T6 Gb, which needs to be installed correctly in explosion-proof places
