Overview
Yaku FS-1500 Laboratory High Speed Disperser is a high-performance device specially designed for laboratory sample dispersion, emulsification and mixing. It is equipped with a 1500W servo motor, using frequency conversion speed regulation technology, and the speed range can reach 0-5000rpm to ensure accurate and efficient dispersion process. The equipment adopts 304 stainless steel dispersion shaft and dispersion disc, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The lift Travel is 30-400mm, which adapts to a variety of experimental needs. The whole machine is compact in design and only 930mm in height, which is easy to operate.
Features
1. Equipped with a 1500W servo motor, powerful.
2. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, the speed range is 0-5000rpm, and it can be accurately adjusted.
3. Key components (dispersion shaft, dispersion plate) are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
4. Travel 30-400mm, suitable for different containers and experimental needs.
5. The height of the whole machine is only 930mm, which is compact in design, saves space, and is easy to operate.
Principle
The device drives the dispersion shaft at high speed swirl/spin through a servo motor, which drives the dispersion disc installed at the shaft end to cut at high speed in the sample. The frequency conversion speed regulation system allows the user to precisely control the speed, so as to achieve efficient dispersion, emulsification and mixing of the material. The lifting mechanism can adjust the working depth of the dispersion disc in the container to adapt to different experimental conditions.
Applications
Laboratory sample dispersion, emulsification, mixing
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect the power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the dispersion disc to the appropriate height through the lifting mechanism.
3. Place the container containing the sample under the dispersion tray to ensure that the dispersion tray is immersed in the sample.
4. Set the required speed through the control panel.
5. Start the device and start the process of dispersion, emulsification or mixing.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, raise the dispersion plate, and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly and the Power frequency meets the requirements (220V).
Before starting, make sure that the dispersion disc is properly installed and not in contact with the container wall.
• Choose the appropriate speed according to the characteristics of the sample to avoid splashing.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the work area while the equipment is in operation.
• After use, the dispersion shaft and dispersion plate should be cleaned in time to keep the equipment drying.
• Regularly check whether the components of the equipment are tight to ensure safe operation.
